How to send us a Process Service Assignment:

  1. Email the documents that you need us to serve in a .pdf format. Please include your name, address, phone number. Our Email: pisolutionsark@gmail.com

  2. Once the service has been completed our case tracking system will email you our invoice.
    (Pre-payment is required in some cases.) We will invoice you, and payment can be paid through our website with any major debit/credit card. We do not accept E-checks.

  3. You go to our “Home” page and click on “PAY MY BILL” at the top right corner, or bottom of the page to pay the invoice.

  4. Once the invoice has been paid, our case tracking system will email you the proof of service documents. (Please allow time for the payment to process through our system.)

    We offer three attempts for the prices quoted. Our normal turnaround time is 48-72 hours
    (Excluding weekends and holidays.) Valid addresses are required for service. (See below.)

    Please do not mail process service requests to any of our office locations or PO Box, unless you have spoken with us first.

    We can front witness fees up to $50.00 for you, we will add the amount to your invoice. For witness fees over $50.00, please pre-pay here.

  5. We do not file any documents with any court.

Local Process Service: $75, plus .60 per mile

Out of Town: $85 plus, .60 per mile

Out of Town - (over 60 miles): $150, plus, .60 per mile

Out of Town - (over 100 miles): $225, plus, .60 per mile

Out of State - $225 - $300

Federal Services:

Local: $100, plus, .60 per mile

Out of Town: $125, plus .60 per mile

Emergency Services:

Local: $200, plus .60 per mile

Out of Town: $250, plus .60 per mile

Subpoenas:

Local: $95, plus, .60 per mile

Out of Town: $150, plus .60 per mile

NATIONWIDE SERVICE AVAILABLE: $225 - $300 depending on location of service.

Restraining Order:

Local: $150.00, plus .60 per mile

Evictions:

Local $100.00, plus .60 per mile

Out of Town $150.00, plus .60 per mile


  • Mileage is $.60 per mile round trip on ALL services.
